  • Managed a $5.2M, multi-year change management, training and coaching initiative, in support of a key Botswanian client initiative to become a High Performing Organization.

  • Managed multiple projects throughout the US and Canada. Approval authority of up to 5 million dollar budget to support innovative solutions to client problems. Solutions included Change Management approach and sustainability, Gamification, Computer Based Training, Social Collaboration, E-Learning and traditional Instructor Led Training.

  • Coached executive leadership and management on key initiatives. Conducted organizational readiness assessments, impact analyses and defined and measured success metrics.

  • Improved retention and reduced onboarding time by four weeks by developing and delivering training initiatives.

Process Enhancement and Redesign

  • Implemented product procurement, delivery, warehousing and process enhancements to Increase service levels of acquired company by three basis points, including a $900K increase in annual sales.

  • Saved $6M annually and reduced receiving time through the collaboration and implementation of Six Sigma processes.

  • Increased BH revenue by $300,000 per month by working with local businesses and hauling for them as well as hauling 80% of our inbound products.

  • Reduced cost per mile by $.08 by implementing new route plans, rescheduled stores and working with the union on best practice driving.
